'Fit to
Think'
Key staff are so focused on meeting their targets, often required to travel and perform ‘on the spot’, that they forget that they have to be ‘fit to think’.
Should you be giving your staff the tools to take better control of their health and have a healthier, happier workforce?
Most of us know that excess caffeine and sugar in food can lead to increased stress during the working day. But how many of us realise
what else these foods can be responsible for, leading to long-term health
problems and lower morale?
How can a 'Fit to think' workshop help your company?
One-to-one or ‘group’ coaching in learning how to be ‘fit to think’ is a unique and key tool for you to have to optimise performance and output of staff – especially key staff.
Having a healthier body, full of vitality improves performance, morale, concentration, energy levels and may help to reduce the burden on employers of lost hours due to sickness absence.
A ‘Fit to think’ coach will put together a confidential, bespoke development programme for an individual looking to achieve a level of success that creates a spiralling positive impact throughout both business and personal life and for ‘group’ coaching, will provide workshops for groups up to 10 providing a tailored programme that will give staff the knowledge to be able to make choices to improve their health, performance and concentration.
At an EnergiZe workshop, staff will be given practical nutritional
information that can be put immediately into action. Companies need to have the proper tools to optimise their employees’ performance and EnergiZe offers one of the keystones, which is missed by most companies in their endeavours to improve output.
During their session, participants will be shown how various foods
affect the body and concentration levels. They will learn which foods to
eat to maximise their potential, and which foods to avoid during times of
stress.
In addition to learning about applied
nutrition, delegates will learn techniques that can give them instant
calming results to relieve stress ... fear of public speaking ... if
they're having to meet a deadline and their anxiety levels affect their
performance. Results such as eliminating a headache and relieving
tension or pain in particular parts of the body without the use of
medication, can also be expected.
At the end of the workshop, delegates will receive a comprehensive
information pack and a special offer voucher for 10% off an individual
consultation appointment of their choice.
Most ‘Fit to Think’ corporate workshops are priced at £500 for a
half-day workshop, based on a group of 10 delegates.

'Easy
Healthy Living'
It seems like pretty much every day, there's a new feature on the news
or in a magazine telling you about something else that you shouldn't be
eating or drinking, or putting on your skin or using to clean your
home. Chances are that, like most people, you find all these
different opinions from assorted different 'experts' incredibly
confusing and eventually you don't know what's good for you and what's
not. But healthy living doesn't have to be arduous or
complicated. Sometimes it's the little things that we forget about
that can make a big difference. Other times we need to look more
closely at what we consume in our diet, or what we really do put on our
skin, that might be influencing the decline in our health. And
many times, it's just common sense.
An Easy Healthy Living workshop aims to put the balance back into your
life in a fun, interactive way that will remind you about the simple
things you may have forgotten about; tells you the good news about what
you can eat, drink and what you can put on
your skin. It teaches you new and enterprising ideas that are simple to
implement into your existing lifestyle and will help you to move into an
even healthier lifestyle.
A two-part workshop for adults - each part is two hours long and a week
apart.
Part One covers easy, healthy breakfast and lunchbox options for
both children and adults with demonstrations, a nutritional explanation
of the foods used and the opportunity for participants to take part,
experience the smells and tastes, get some top nutritional tips and take
home some recipes.
Part Two covers how to increase your energy levels and improve
the health of your family by teaching you about the influencing factors
in each room of your home and giving you easy solutions.
Participants will again be given the experience of testing things out,
have samples of toxin-free products and the option of easy shopping
alternatives.
If you're wondering about details on what you'll be learning, here is a
little example...
Look for alternatives. Milk and dairy products produce acid and
mucous in our bodies, which can lead to increased colds and flu.
Many asthmatic conditions are triggered by colds turning into chest
infections, so switching from dairy to alternatives such as soya, rice
or oat milk is a significant health benefit for many people.
Less of the plastic. If you like to use cling film to cover food
then get the PVC-free kind - the plasticisers in PVC are
hormone-disrupting chemicals.
As well as being open to the public, Easy Healthy Living workshops can
also be taken into schools as a healthy initiative, or as a fund-raising
initiative. To find out how the fundraising initiative works,
