De-stress
and Re-energise
Sessions
One of the biggest problems facing people today is stress. It seems that in every area of life there is now a new kind of stress. The problem with stress is that, if not addressed it can lead to all kinds of dis-eases.
Imagine that a single fit of rage could deplete your body of as much as 3 grammes of Vitamin C in one go!!! With the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) or just 60mg of Vitamin C a day - well that barely gives us a scratching of what we need, in order to replace what's been lost in just that one fit of rage. On a continued basis, this will have a significant impact on your immune system.
Not only that, but every time you're in a state of anguish, it affects every organ of your body. Think about that 'knot' in your stomach, or the 'lump' in your throat when you're upset about something. This can have an impact on your digestive system, your respiratory system, muscular tension in your neck - possibly leading to
headaches .... and so on.
It is therefore important, in addition to supplementing your diet with high quality nutritional
supplements
to find regular methods of relaxation and exercise to de-stress and re-energise your body.
At EnergiZe, we also recognise that the other big issue with many people these days is the lack of time and so because of this, we offer short sessions of
Reiki and Body Balancing
that you can have on-site at the office, at your home - or if you're local and would like to get out for a short while, then at one of the EnergiZe clinics close by. If you're at work, check with your HR department to see if they can organise a regular EnergiZe day. Many companies these days take the 'Well-being' approach: This approach takes the view that the aim is to maximise employee well-being and is much more proactive in identifying ways to create a healthy workforce.
